Other duties will include:

Designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements.
Residential remodeling and repair.
Framing, trim work, drywall, tile work, roofing.
Must have own tools and transportation.
Be able to work independently and
Have good communication skills.
Drafting skills are a plus.
Post and beam experience a plus.
Cabinet, woodworking, furniture-making experience desirable.
